#325 - Martin Biron

Martin Biron had a steady 2011-12 hockey season backing up Henrik Lundqvist, stacking a record of 12-6.

Biron is one of only four players in NHL history to skate for all three teams based in the state of New York.

#537 - Hot Rookies, Chet Pickard

During the 2011 Stanley Cup playoffs he was called up to the Nashville Predators before their 2nd round series with the Vancouver Canucks, however he did not get into a game.

#506 - Hot Rookies, Mike Connolly

Mike Connolly made his NHL debut against the Minnesota Wild on  March 4, 2012. He would hit the ice with the Colorado Avalanche for a total of just 2 game over the course of the 2011-12 hockey season - as of now, they are the only two games Connolly has experienced in the big show.

#422 - Ryan Malone

Ryan Malone enjoyed a stellar 2011-12 hockey season with the Lightning, notching 20 goals and 48 points in 68 games.

#345 - Jakub Voracek

In his debut season as a Flyer, Voracek set a new career high with 18 goals scored during the 2011–12 season and also scored his first career playoff goal in game one of the Flyers opening round series against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

#163 - Derek Roy

Derek Roy would finish the 2011-12 NHL season as a Buffalo Sabre before being traded to the Dallas Stars in return for Steve Ott and Adam Pardy,

#399 - Andrew Desjardins

2011-12 was Andrew Desjardins' first full season as a member of the San Jose Sharks. He suited up for the team in 76 games recording a career high 17 points.

#132 - Paul Stastny

Paul Stastny would finish the 2011-12 season second in scoring on the Colorado Avalanche, just 2 points behind Ryan O'Reilly.

#94 - Matt Stajan

During the 2011-12 season, Matt Stajan could not shake the rut he held in the year previous - scoring only 8 goals and 18 points in 61 regular season games. His troubled 2011–12 season was aggravated by a sprained ankle, an injury that caused him to miss 14 games.

However, Stajan finished the season on an offensive high that included scoring his 100th career goal late in the year.

#26 - Season Highlight, Jarome Iginla

Iginla scored his 500th goal on January 7, 2012, against Niklas Bäckström of the Minnesota Wild in a 3–1 victory. He was the 42nd player in league history to achieve the feat, and the 15th to do so with one organization.

#286 - David Clarkson

David Clarkson set career highs during the 2011-12 season, finishing with 30 goals and 46 points. He would also lead the team in penalty minutes with 138.

#322 - Dan Girardi

Dan Girardi played an entire 82 game season in 2011-12, amassing a total of 29 points and a plus/minus rating of 13.

With Marc Staal recovering from post-concussion syndrome, Girardi would take over the reigns as an alternate captain. In Staal's absence, Girardi led all NHL skaters in average time on the ice, averaging nearly 28 minutes a game. His play earned him a spot in the 2012 NHL All-Star Game.

#237 - Dany Heatley

Dany Heatley started the 2011-12 hockey season with a change of scenery, suiting up for the Minnesota Wild for the first time in his career.

While Heatley produced a solid season, scoring 53 points, the Wild ultimately failed to reach the playoffs despite a hot start to the year.

#429 - Marc-Andre Bergeron

Marc-Andre Bergeron began the 2011-12 season where he left off, as a member of the Tampa Bay Lightning. He would enjoy some success with the Bolts which resulted in being re-signed to a two-year, one-way contract worth $2,000,000.

During the lockout shortened 2012–13 season, Bergeron was traded by the Lightning to the Carolina Hurricanes.

#329 - Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips bounced back from a poor season in 2011-12,  finishing the year with 5 goals and 19 points with a plus-minus of +12 during 80 games played. His solid defensive play helped the Senator's back into the Stanley Cup playoffs where they would fall in 7 games to the New York Rangers in the Eastern Conference quarter finals.

#355 - Eric Wellwood

Eric Wellwood split his 57 game 2011-12 hockey season between the Philadelphia Flyers (NHL) and the Adirondack Phantoms (AHL). He scored his first NHL goal February 18, 2012, against the Pittsburgh Penguins.
